If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got.
It’s seemingly simple advice, but often forgotten.
Change is scary, but it’s also necessary.
Think back to the last time you tried (or were forced) to change or implement something new?
At the start it might have seemed overwhelming, daunting and full of uncertainty.
Then once you learned the required steps, gave it a try and saw results, it was probably not as scary, right?
Hell you can even use this as a metaphor for the weight room.
Once upon a time, you might have struggled with your 1 rep max on a squat, and now you use it for reps.
Or maybe you were a little scared to try a new movement that may have seemed out of reach…but now it’s not even difficult.
The same goes for your business, .
Innovation is the lifeblood of a successful coaching business…yet too many people forget.
Don’t get caught up in a rut and set in your ways.
What are you currently learning to make sure you’re at the top of your game?
What are you going to commit to mastering that no-one else can even get close to?
What are you going to be known for?
When you have this level of awareness around your business, there is no such thing as competition.
You become the ONLY option.
