Treat the cause, not the pain.


One of the biggest differences between an average joe trainer and a great coach, is their ability to diagnose the problem effectively.

See, the average trainer will look at someone’s squat, see it’s a little imbalanced and simply raise their heals.

Which is fine…

in the short term.

But they’re not addressing the issue.

A great coach will look at what is happening,
discover a short term solution (which may be
the plate under the heels), but they will also
work with their client to create a lasting long term solution..!

They KNOW that keeping a customer is 10X
easier than having to consistently find new clients.

Same goes, for business.

Most business coaches keep pushing that you
need to just “get on the phones and sell”, (or worse,
attempt to teach some sub-par facebook marketing that they themselves don’t understand)…

The reality is, they don’t get ‘it’.

They don’t get that exceptional businesses are built on
They don’t get that life changing businesses have
systems, processes and routines.
They don’t get that in order to be in business over the long term, you need to treat the cause, not the problem.
